The BBF site is intuitive, but here are some helpful tips.

Keyword - a powerful tool that can be used to find similar type of businesses that may be listed in a different business category. For example, if you are interested in searching for a golf cart business - it is listed under the business category “Sports Related Biz”, BUT a broker may have listed it under any of the following categories - distribution, manufacturing, recreation, sports related biz, start up, or wholesale.

Therefore it is better to search on the Key Word golf. It will bring up all business that have the word golf in Business Category and Business Comments. There will be businesses that you are not interested in, but you will not miss an opportunity.

Down Payment – Maximum: Do not use this field. Some sellers ask for 100% down payment in their listing with the intention of negotiating with a qualified buyer.

How To Display - Always click on "One Line Plus Comments".

Less is better -The more parameters you include in the search the fewer the hits.
