Robert Servian, President of the Servian Group, L.L.C., was honored as the TOP Dollar Producer in the Tampa District for Business Brokers of Florida. With 1,011 members statewide, BBF is the premier Association for Business Brokers in the State of Florida.

We are a charter member of the Business Brokers of Florida multiple listing service (MLS). This association maintains the highest ethical standards and has a membership of over 1,00 agents. Currently BBF oversees more than 5,000 active listings.

We are also an affiliate of the Business Brokers Network, which is the largest nationally affiliated network of business brokerage firms in America with over 450 affiliate offices.  Business Brokers Network was founded in 1981 in Dallas, Texas for the purpose of providing our clients the opportunity to match buyers and sellers of businesses on a national and international basis.

Our services include comprehensive business evaluations in addition to business sales.  We work with buyers who are searching for the right opportunity and sellers of businesses who are searching for the ideal acquisition candidate.  In addition to being able to be used for the purpose of determining the value of a company for sale or acquisition, our business evaluations can be used in divorce settlements, estate settlements, partnership or internal shareholder buyouts.  They allow the owner or potential owner of a business to know its true market value.  These business evaluations are prepared by board certified business valuation experts who work in conjunction with our Florida office.  We can also offer a Broker Opinion of Value for businesses that require a more basic type of report.
